Lane LaVonne (they/he) is a stage director and artist working in NYC and Philadelphia. They specialize in the development of new plays, the adaptation of classics, and uplifting queer stories. Their work has brought them to the Wilma Philadelphia Theatre Company, PlayPenn, Passage Theatre Co., and various venues in NYC. This spring, they're producing and directing a staged reading of Punch Back, by Genevieve Simon, at Studio 34 in Philadelphia. The reading, sponsored in part by Philadelphia’s Illuminate the Arts Grant, will be a part of 2026 Philadelphia Theatre week
